Comtemporary dwelling house

Position: Site Manager at Nino Miron builder. Contemporary detached dwelling type, very defined and conditioned by its design. Construction done with concrete, both externally and internally, combined with large glass facades systems, special aluminum joinery adapted this project. Flat roofs with inverted system. Exteriors made almost entirely with natural materials. Outdoor pool with a refined aesthetic presence.

Terraced houses

Position: Site Manager at Nino Miron builder. 16 terraced houses with basement, ground floor and first floor, made of two blocks of 10 and 6 flats. Traditional construction, combining parts of stone painted with pool and rest areas.

Vicaño residential complex

Position: Site Manager at Nino Miron builder. Residential complex of 81 apartments, spread over eight blocks of different heights with basement, ground floor, common areas and facilities such as an indoor heated pool, paddle tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and large spacious passage between blocks. Traditional construction done with a 12 cm thick massive stone walls. The interior is finished with the highest quality materials and it comes with and individual alarm system, anti flood alarms, central vacuum and other services. Considered as a reference work in the area and awarded with the "Aproin" prize in 2005.

Vivienda Unifamiliar

Position: Site Manager at Nino Miron builder. Contemporary family house, built based on the traditional system combined with a ventilated façade made of limestone, large windows in aluminum with very specific characteristics tailored to the project requirements. Construction on three floors with spacious terraces and balconies. Roof inverted zinc. Outdoor areas combining parkland grass and concrete.

Vivienda Unifamiliar

Position: Site Manager at Nino Miron builder. Contemporary family house situated on a large plot, and built with concrete and stone. The building is distributed in basement, ground floor. This house has an inverted roof system and a terrace on the 1st floor. Well integrated into the overall plot porch made of composite and wood with special landscaping treatment.
